GIMP Portable–專業級免費繪圖軟體，經常被網友以「免費的Photoshop」來比喻，在免費的前提之下，算是屬於比較專業級的繪圖軟體；可以開啟svg向量圖。

GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.

※注意：免安裝版不支援中文路徑，若放XP桌面就會變成只有英文介面！

開啟「Data\settings\GIMPPortableSettings.ini」將「LANG=」這行改成「LANG=zh_TW」後儲存。
